Pre-wedding shoot in Raipur
Half-day and full-day pre-wedding shoots around Raipur. We scout the location with you, shoot in the light that actually suits it, and keep the whole thing feeling like the two of you rather than a catalogue.
Plan your shoot
The shoot before the wedding, done properly
A pre-wedding shoot is usually the first time a couple has ever been photographed together properly, and most of the awkwardness comes from being told to pose. We work the other way around. We give you something to do, then photograph what happens.
Raipur gives you more range than people expect: lakes, a heritage sculpture park, wind turbines, old temple stonework, and open road ten minutes outside the city. The trick is picking two locations that look nothing alike and timing them to the light rather than the calendar.
Pre-wedding shoot locations in Raipur
These are the spots in and around the city we would suggest first. Some need permission ahead of time, and we handle that conversation for you.
Marine Drive
The lakeside promenade, best in the last hour before sunset. Busy, so we shoot early or work the crowd into the frame rather than against it.
Telibandha Lake
Good twice over — reflections at golden hour, then lights on the water after dark for something completely different in the same set.
Purkhouti Muktangan
Tribal sculpture and heritage grounds. The most distinctly Chhattisgarhi backdrop in the city, and it photographs like nowhere else.
Urja Park
Wind turbines and hard modern lines. Works well for couples who want something graphic rather than soft and floral.
Vivekanand Sarovar
Budha Talab, with temple architecture and old trees on the bank. Quiet early in the morning, which is when we would shoot it.
Nandan Van
Dense green and safari road, about half an hour out. A good second location when the first one was all stone and water.

What couples ask us about pre-wedding shoots
How much does a pre-wedding shoot cost in Raipur?
It depends on half day or full day, how many locations, and whether you want a film alongside the photographs. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will send a real number the same day.
How long does a shoot take?
A half day is around four hours and covers one or two locations comfortably. A full day lets us catch both sunrise and sunset, which is where the best frames usually come from.
How many outfits should we bring?
Two is usually right, three if it is a full day. More than that and the day turns into changing clothes instead of being photographed.
We are not comfortable in front of a camera. Is that a problem?
It is the normal starting point, not a problem. The first half hour is always stiff for everyone. We plan for it, and by the end most couples forget we are there.

Not just how it looked — but how it felt, who was there, and everything in between.
Stories of love, family, chaos,
laughter, and everything in between.
We're not just wedding photographers,
We're Story collectors.
